Google at KNPC

Accelerating cooperation between government bodies and Google services was the aim of a KNPC-hosted induction workshop, organized by the Government Supervisory Committee for the Implementation of Kuwait's Strategic Agreement with Google Cloud, said Committee’s Vice Chairman, Dr. Ammar Al-Hussaini starting the event, while KNPC DCEO Support Services, and Petroleum Sector Committee Representative, Abdulaziz Al-Duaij noted that the KNPC digital expertise and logistics services are always made available to support various government entities towards building a flexible technical environment and better level of services.

While noting the importance of providing technology to the new generation for being better at handling such, Google employees demonstrated the technical and operational services of the giant search engine company, as well as cybersecurity solutions and the newest IT alternatives, besides Google vision of making Kuwait a leading educational center in the Gulf and Middle East. This precedented showing a range of applications used in some regional and global schools, and integrated administrative application solutions, implementable in ministries to harmonize government performance, as well as discussing some innovative ideas in a number of areas towards developing a general framework for joint cooperation.
