MAA and MAB Share-Experience

A workshop for Operations and Processing Divisions’ employees in MAA and MAB, was organized by the HSE Department concerning water treatment units in the two Refineries and the MSEOC.

Besides sharing lessons with the Refineries employees, the one-day workshop reviewed similarities and differences between the three units of MAA and the one in MAB along the 4 stages of removing contaminants through mechanical and chemical separation, then biological treatment and sand filters, before channeling the treated water to the sea in accordance with the Environment Public Authority stipulations.
